What does it mean to be a Visual Sales Leader?
Our customers should feel welcome at Stadium; they should be invited to a customer experience around the entire running track. An experience characterized by world-class service. As a Visual Sales Leader, you will structure and develop visual sales in-store to make it easy for customers to find and choose the right products. You do this by working closely with other staff in the store to coach and educate them in visual sales.

In your role, you will be responsible for the store's appearance, including merchandise presentation, advertisement follow-up, and synchronizing the right products with the right activities. You will also be involved in daily service. You are part of the management team and responsible for the store when the store manager is not present.

Who are you?
We believe that you share our way of thinking and our beliefs when it comes to seeing opportunities in every challenge. You enjoy having a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to grow in your role, as well as developing others. You have an aesthetic sense for color and form and are skilled at creating selling environments that inspire customers. A requirement is that you have leadership experience, are used to working towards deadlines, and have several years of visual experience in fashion. If you have worked in a leadership position in retail or similar, we see it as an advantage. If you have an interest and knowledge of our brands and products, that is a big plus.

Duration/Working hours
The position is permanent at 100% with a start date of September 1, 2025. A probationary period applies.
